The typical onsite manager vs offshore delivery manager saga continues. She will never feel that the pressure on the delivery team is high; for her we are always optimally loaded, else we prove otherwise.

This is one good way – you are too overloaded to track time hence you will never be able to track time properly. Just in case you are able to do that, the immediate reply is – you are inefficient… period…

I put it down on my subordinates and when they buckle I buckle too… I’m desperately waiting for completing 1 yr at this job to collect my esops.

And then I’m gone for sure. Not sure if the other job will work but this one surely isn’t; at least in this role.
