Ok so im a desk clerk at a hotel! and it sucks pretty bad when i first started they told me i was going to work the 3-11 shift which is fine and i agreed to doing that! well i came to work last week and they told me they fierd all the front desk employees that day except for me and they told me not to worry because they are hiring new people so i was like ok so like the next day i come in and look at the schedule and they have me working night audit 5 days in a week i was like omg that crazy that means each day im only getting 12 hrs in between shifts 🙁 so im extremely tierd, if thatsnot bad enough as it is the fbi came in yesterday morning asking for someone who had previously worked here they had just been fired like 4 days prior to this and i was like why r u guys looking for him and they told me that he is a sex offender and i was like holy crap because i had worked with him sooooooooooo many times b4 when it was just me and him and he could have totally hurt me and that freaks me out not only that the officer pulled out a whole sheet of women that have restraining orders on this guy because he has sexually offended them and has stocked them and im like omg right!!! well hold on it gets worse so i come into work tonight and first things first a guy from room 115 said his toilet wasent working and he said he told the guy that worked the privious shift about it and i was like hmm well there isnt a note here saying they fixed it well come to find out it wasent fixed well so i was like let me call my manager so she can have a maintanence guy come fix it! so i call her and she was like ” you need to go get the plunger and fix the toilet” im like excuse me thats not part of my job discription im front desk i thought we had a maintance guy she was like well he aint available 24 hrs! i was like this is bull s***! so by this time im so pissed so i had to go plunge this toilet or the guy was going to leave and get a refund ugh so i was like ok and fixed it, so then i get a call from the guy next door to us he owns the days inn and he is pissed at our manager because his front desk clerk came to work for us so every time someone parks there car in there parking lot he calls us to threaten he will tow it so im like mad because i have nothing to do with all that and he calls me up trying to get mad at me and i told him that he was acting childish and he needs to call my manager if he has a problem and hung up!!! So anyway the moral of my story is im mad because im not getting the fair treatment so far i have been lied to and decieved since i have worked here anyway im going to sue this hotel for putting my life in danger when they had a sex offender working here and i had no knowledge of it and the best part is the manager is sleeping with him and i would have to say thats conflict of intrest and is un called for!! well i guess they should have watched there p’s and q’s because there going down!!!!!!!!
