I do everything I can to help my company be better and make our customers happy. Everyone tells me I do a great job. My colleagues are good people. But boss man gives me shit every single day about things that need to get done but I have no control over. What can I do? I tried talked to him and it does not change anything. I tried talking to other people and that does not change anything. It is getting too hard to deal with the stress. And no one cares. Like no one cares because we all hate this.
Should I just say screw it and leave? That would feel good. But it feels wrong somehow.
