My manager is retarded. He is only 23 years old and barely speaks English. He is a total control freak and if you don’t do things exactly the way he wants he will punish you by not letting you go home or not letting you take a break. It wouldn’t be so bad except that he didn’t used to be this way. When he was assistant manager he had to do what the regular manager said (which was let us take breaks when ever we want, we are adults we know when the appropriate time to take a break is, and letting us leave at a reasonable time). But now that the good manger is gone everyone is subjected to this psycho bi-polar loser.
Also, he totally favors certain employees (usually Mexicans like him. I swear he is a little racist). He would let my Mexican co worker leave at 830 but if it was my turn to leave I would have to stay till 10 or later. I can’t stand him!!! He is so condescending and rude! Not to mention that he has like a 10th grade education level. If he wants to act like a BULLY he shouldn’t be expected to get treated like a manger. But of course everyone is as nice as can be to him because what choice do we have? Someday I will smack his acne ridden face.
