False Accusations

I was asked to resign because of false accusations made to HR.  I was able to defend the accusations but the new Director believed the staff over me and I was told if I didn’t resign my Director would take disciplinary action which could affect future employment with the organization.  Took me over a year to get rid of someone who missed 33% of her scheduled shifts, I get run out in less than 6 months for accusations that couldn’t be proven.
