Okay so i work were people are expected to sell like there is no tomorrow. We have to have one person standing in one place to greet people as they come in (always me, apparantly im incapable of answering a phone) and pass them over to someone else to book them in for their appointment/sell them something. But of course if there is no-one else avaliable because my TWO managers are to lazy to help and sit in ‘meetings’ drinking pepper mint tea, i serve the people myself. BUT as soon as i do, my heads on the chopping block. However if no-one was at the desk to serve and i didnt do anything my head would be on the chopping block. Fair??
