I work at a dead end semiconductor manufacturing facility in MA. The company is doing worse than i have ever seen in over 6 years. Each quarter the company is losing millions and millions. The keep sending us out on temporary layoffs for 4-6 weeks at a time. Then we come back for a month or so and then we get the good old talk from the meathead of a boss. Hey guys you know the company needs you to step in and “take on for the team” and go out on T-LO again. Soo frustrating. The higher paid salary morons never have to go out. Instead they continue to play solitaire every day and collect their bloated paychecks.
