Non profits helping people… Ya right!
I have been working in the nonprofit for about 6 years now and it sucks! You go into it thinking that it’s better than a corporate job because everyone must be nice and you help people. Nope!
Non profit jobs are the most politicized jobs in the entire world. They are full of old bitter people who can’t get a better job. They are full of people who don’t really care about other people. And even when they do care, like I care, the head honchos who are power crazed bullies are always putting limits on you because of “safety issues.”
I have to get out of the non profit so bad. It’s a waste of my time, a waste of tax payers money, and a waste of time for people who really need help! I would rather make money some other way and work myself to the point where I can help people on my own without the help of stupid non profits!
