Hi, I like to make a post so I can steam off my lousy temper. This has been going on for the last few months since the program launched. We are now doing for what we called paper less job, we now use a rf scanner using palm pilot . When we pick, we have to scan the products, then scan the location where we pulled the stock, then I have to enter the number of counts. and then we scan “totes” before going on the next job.
Quite lately, I noticed the palm pilot been acting slow, sometimes, it “froze”. I usually take battery out and put back in quickly. But I was cautioned, “you take the battery out and if the rf scanner screwed, you are into big trouble”.
I constantly keeps seeing some numberous of problem, and it been constantly going on with several people who were complaining. When I use the stylus to get the job done. when I tried to get this done and when it gets slow, It makes me real mad when tapping with stylus does not functioning. It makes me real mad and it make me tap the stylus real hard, nearly broke the screen.
at one point, someone swapped my rf scanner, cause their scanner broke and planted the blame on me making me look like I broke my scanner. Any idea on what I can do about it?
