I work for a jewelry store where the manager have some trust issues. If you were to say “I’m going to make some errand for the store. I be back in a little bit.” The manager will throw a fit and start to clocking you when you leave the store to see how long it will take. To make matters worse, once you leave he will talk behind your back. He only cares for himself and his god damn Yankee memoribilla that is hanging around the office. He is very cheap when it comes to store maintenance. Doesn’t treat any employee with respect unless if he want something from you. Like if he is nice or if he smiles (rarely) then you will know something is up his sleeve. Just think of him as Mr. Grinch without a heart.
