My job is one of those that you think “hey I will only be here for a year” Then you are still doing this shit five years later. They sucked me in with a ton of lies about “how much we care about our employees” What they mean is “we only care about ourselves and the employees that kiss ass the best.” My boss was there today and just stood around and bitch about EVERYTHING. I just wanted to literally punch her in the face. My trainee is kissing serious ass and telling me that one day he will be my boss. Fuck that…I need out.
