Excessive Absenteeism! Wow I was amazed by an horrible end of the year review that claimed I
had exessive abesenteeism, even though I’m the ONLY full time worker at my department and one
person who gets the work done. The rest of them dont do much of anything but complain and talk
behind others backs. I was absent by the way because I fractured my hand – and had to have
surgurey. I”ve worked for this place for 5 years, but not for much longer – they cannot retain
my talent, and when I leave I WILL NOT give any notice, other then 24 hours – hey, they didnt
give me any notice when they fucked me on my evaluation.
