1 percent raise

1 percent! 1 percent is the raise I received after my work load quintupled. I have been with this company for 6 years. I am on an advanced team of a geko desk that is responsible for helping internal employees. I have no attendence issues and I have on top of doing my work backed up two other teams with a very heavy call volume. I took voluntary time off when I could to help with making pay roll and now that things have started to get better I get rewarded with more work and a 1 percent raise. Somebody please tell me that there is another way.

thats a drag. and its shitty that there screwing
you over. esspley when your busting your ass.
now a days lots of theses companys screw there
hard workers and they dont even kiss you or say
they love you.
